A system analysis provides the necessary information to design a system tailor made to a company's needs. A properly configured system provides a company with a valuable asset; a system that works with the company.

A system analysis entails meeting with a NorthWest ComTech project manager to identify any current issues. This meeting may include department heads, upper management, decision makers, end users or a combination of all of the above. The goal of this meeting is to identify problems at every level throughout the company and to determine the proper solution. This meeting will also establish a timeline for tracking and a scope of work.

A successful system analysis provides for a thorough understanding of each customers needs from an operational standpoint. In order to design a comprehensive system knowing how voice, data and other information flow throughout the company is critical. The system analysis is the foundation of a successful installation.
