A system analysis provides the necessary information to design a system tailor made to a company's needs. A properly configured system provides a company with a valuable asset; a system that works with the company.
A system analysis entails meeting with a NorthWest ComTech project manager to identify any current issues. This meeting may include department heads, upper management, decision makers, end users or a combination of all of the above. The goal of this meeting is to identify problems at every level throughout the company and to determine the proper solution. This meeting will also establish a timeline for tracking and a scope of work.
A successful system analysis provides for a thorough understanding of each customers needs from an operational standpoint. Warranty & Maintenance Service
It is important that the system work for the customer, not for the customer to work for the system. A five-star manufacturer's parts warranty allows customers to focus on what is important in their business, taking care of their customers, not taking care of their telephone system. Extended warranties are available up to 5 years.
All new telephone systems include a manufacturer's parts warranty and a one-year labor warranty from NorthWest ComTech. Additional labor warranty is available through our Maintenance Contract Services. After the one-year labor warranty has expired, a maintenance contract will offer the security of knowing the system is protected, should the need arise. Maintenance programs are designed to meet the needs of the customer.
